So glad you joined us! Karate?! Sheesh that is impressive. Congrats on the improvements (small or large, they are all improvements). I remember when I started Turbo Jam and about a month or so into it all of the sudden it dawned on me that I had the moves down and was really able to put more effort into my workout. It was like I just woke up to the fact that I had improved. Good luck and keep us posted!

Hi, Celeste! It's possible to adapt to exercise even with extra weight. I'm lifting weights and doing 30-40 minutes of ski machine almost daily, and i'm a hundred pounds heavier than you! So don't give up, and welcome to a great group!
