Hi everyone! My name is Dannette and a 21 year old 1st year RN student. I noticed my first semester that I "munch" a lot while studying and working on care plans--which became very noticeable, very quickly! It was also very hard for me to find time to work out during my 1st semester because when I wasn't studying I was extremely tired! I'm curious to see what works for you guys and how you manage school work with gym time.
