You can do this.

Hi, I'm starting again as well. Did very well about 10 years ago. So try, try again. I love eating small meals throughout the day. Trying to lose 10 pounds again!!! I'm a 58 year old wife, mother, grandmother and cook! I'm also training for a 1/2 marathon in May.
