Hi Mona Welcome and glad that you are restarting six weeks and that is why I keep coming back to six weeks because I get better results with this than any other plan and I am the type of person who is always trying something different. You did this once before and you will be able to reach your goal. Good luck to you.

Maybe you haven't reached all your goals yet-but who has? And maybe you've made a few mistakes along the way-but who hasn't? You have every reason to feel proud of who you are. Notice your triumphs, big and small. There are so many.

Hi Mona! Welcome!!! I just got back from a vacation of a lifetime - and will need some help shedding the extra "carry on" baggage!! Fortunately, since I started MT I've found it easier to maintain at a lower weight than any other "diet" or food plan around. You will love our team, we are a friendly bunch!

Hi everyone, my name is Mona and I am getting ready to restart the 6WBMO. I did it 7 years ago and loved it. Then I met my husband, started dating, eating out and my focus totally changed!

I am now retired and wanting to regain that control I had in 2005. My DH is planning to do this too. I have set a goal of 104 pounds to lose and my DH is wanting to lose 25.

I've been on SP for a while and am really happy to see this Sparkteam. Hoping to give and get the support I need to get back on the program and lose the weight once and for all.

Hope to get to know you all! emoticon

PS: That's me on the far left of the profile picture...I've got a long way to go!
