I have a major issue that has surfaced and I may need sometime off ( a week or so ), I will be calculating out last weeks results and posting the new champion tonight.

I will continue to monitor this challenge and doing the math for next, but I need some time and considerable attention to give to my family right now.

Dh lost his cell phone at church clearing brush...think it got hauled to landfill.
Had us thrown off schedule looking for it....stressing over it. So, we were not
totally pop. Actually started off bad. Went to CVS to refill a precription and was
told it was Walgreens...LOL Oh well!

I need your scores from last wednesday and your weight start and change to finish the week.

Stress is hard to quantify (everyone experiences stress differently, yet we are really only measuring against ourselves), but how about sleep?

Sleep is something stressed by both MT and SP. We could have 5 be 7 or more hours and lose a point for every half hour lost? Our bodies need rest, and often we eat when tired to keep awake as a misclue from our system seeking energy.

EVERYONE,

I have been struggling with lately, and it began with a July 4th picnic that spilled over into a lost week. I have found that Mondays through Wednesdays really set the tone for the whole week with me.

You all have been so good in posting scores and trying to stay POP ... but I slipped up and stayed slipped up after only Wednesday last week.

I am refocusing and I am ready. I was Pretty darn POP yesterday, and very POP today.

LA: thanks for reminding me about my lie. I am truly lost with it, and I don't know where to even start.

CUZ: I am so thankful that you are here on the challenge. Scots are just a wee bit better.

Sharon: You and I seem to parallel each other. Yet, somehow, even in gaining ... you always beat me. Good show.

Seems it can influence not only whether our bodies release fat, but also can cause us
to eat out of emotions...or not to eat. My mother could not eat when she got stressed.
I have never been like that.

I did not eat my snacks yesterday....too busy.
I lost my streak!!
Today is day 1 if anyone wants to get on board.
As tired as I was last night, I got in the kitchen and cooked POP.
I had planned yesterday to grill a turkey burger, but that was impossible.
So my planning did not work. Need to have that food laid out and ready to grab
at times like that.

I lost a day, but I did not really lose my momentum...still going strong.
