In the little food spiral that is divided into 4 parts, under D Proteins, it says non or lowest-fat, and lowest sugar Dairy Products can be adding during the Living Lean program. Also, that is when dark chicken meat and salmon can be added, as well as D Carbohydrates such as Waffles, Pancakes, Stuffing, tortillas, some cereals, granolas, and breads!!! WOO WHOOO HOOOOOO.....
I CAN live with this "diet" for life. YEA! So thankful. This is why I stuck with the plan in the first place, I could see down the road, it would be easy to live with. As I know, if I go back to eating all the breads and desserts regularly, I will go back to my obese weight; but, this is a lifelong, lifestyle IF we want to maintain for life. Check out the Living Lean section of your notebook for 3 ways to maintain. One is CRAZY DAYS where you keep eating the same foods, but ONCE a week eat as you like, whatever you like. ANOTHER is EXPANSION, where you add/ incorporate more of the C and D food groups to your daily meals. THREE is where you CUSTOMIZE and see what works for your lifestyle, as mix up being POP, or EXPANSION, or have an occasional CRAZY DAY but not once a week. We will all have to see what our body type does during this phase. The good news is, we do have other foods to incorporate eventually and they look yummy!!!
