The FOOD LIST is a bit confusing in the beginning. They really need to revamp it. Maybe I will write them a letter LOL
Just because you are a BODY TYPE A, does NOT mean you only eat from the A lists!!! Look at your Menu Card for your Female Body Type. Notice on the card under the different sections that there are options titled Protein A or Protein B, etc.... That means you get to choose from Food List A or B. Does that make sense? Any other questions, please come to the Daily Chat. We are excited to have you join us!!! Take a look at our RECIPES PLEASE thread, as well.

We just committed to restart the program Jan 1 so you are here just in time!!!

Leeanna (LA) is our fearless leader and she has started some good threads here with advice for newbies such as yourself :)

Don't be overwhelmed, it really takes a little learning and experimenting in the beginning, but your investment of time is WELL WORTH IT!!! I was able to get down to my lowest weight in the last 5 years on this program and I love it. The main reason I stay on it? I have MORE ENERGY than I have in years too!! Losing weight has now become an added bonus instead of my main focus. How cool is that.....

The provida site has a huge recipe base too. The first 3 weeks were a LOT of work as I perceived it - my DH and I did this together in the beginning. But once you get it, you won't need to refer to all the books etc that often, so don't beat yourself up!

Hello! I just got my kit in the mail last night, I went thur the process of identifying my body type--(which is A ), and putting the book together.

I must admit I am overwhelmed and a little bit confused. Like which category do I eat from just A or what.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
