Thank you for the encouragement and sharing.
We are not shooting for perfection so much here as an attitude change. Good for you! So you slipped but got right up again! As I write this, right after eating lunch here at work, I realize I didn't pack a vege. So, I am going to eat a vege at my snack.
Now don't get me wrong, I believe in staying pop, but I also realize missing a vege or slipping once in a while is not that big of a deal as long as I get back on track as soon as possible.
Especially during the reduction phrase.

Ed- The change in you is phenomenal. I saw a different picture of you last week when I joined the group. The change is an inspiration for us newbies.
This is my second week. I was POP Monday-Friday had a slip on Saturday but was proud of myself for getting right back with it on Sunday. Now true confessions... POP with regards to the eating plan but I have not been faithful with the exercise.
I don't want to get up earlier in the morning and my afternoons and evening are so full that I haven't done more than a bike ride this week. So, there are opportunities ahead.
Reading about the trials and successes of others is great.
