ok girl i actually trying to start it today! yeah i know! ive been eating on my snacks tonite so i wont eat them all this week i know thats so aweful lol. although most of them are made of oatmeal and thats on my list so the fiber bars...i really need them i think ill take to tops so im not cheating too badly and im getting good fiber in. ill email u the food i can have. :) ~danielle

Glad to have you here girl! I am so thrilled about this plan, you may need to wait until you eat up all your snacks and just count calories until they are gone...and then start this up, I know you can do it, and I will help you with the food prep, I just need to know what your foodlist is and I can give you some tips, I have already precooked my meals for the week and froze alot of it, Cant wait till you join us, you will be shocked how much weight you will lose the first week...

hi im danielle and 23, i dunno if im gonna try this diet or not as im really fishy with diets any more, i just dont trust it BUT with that said i know 2 girls frgiven being one of them that are having awesome results with it so im willing to try it and i wanted to see on here how people are doing with it. my main thing is i dunno to get by with out someof the food i eat t he first week especially sense i just bought a load of health snacks tha ti REALLY like alot.
