Hi. I haven't been 6WBMO BUT I have been doing the Spark thing and it is going great. Hope you all keep up with your goals.

I want to STOP Shopping While Fat, it is no fun!
Someday soon, I want to be a Former Fat Person.

2012 Goal is to finish my first Half-Marathon. (DONE) 10/7/12 3:24:26
2013 Goal to finish 3- Half Marathons!
(DONE)
2014 Goal finish 3 Half Marathons, and my house! And get a Sub 3 HR!

* Drink 8 Glasses of water minimum!
*Get at least 1000 fitness minutes in!
*Lose at least 5lbs a month!
*Have first GPS/timed trail run 5/3/12 (33:35:24 2.16 miles) and the

I went nosying (is that a word?) around and saw your challenge and I think I wrote in it...maybe not?

So I just put like you did, the dates and put them in each week?

I've got Tae Kwon do in a few and have to scoot out for an hour or so, but I'll check on your response when I get back.

I started a challenge forum on this site 2 weeks ago. It was to lose 25#'s by May 15th. I am down 5.5#'s since then. I would love to have you do this with me! Just open up the forum and join it. There is still time to get the whole 25#s off! Good Luck!!

We often wonder how to introduce ourselves, while living in Mexico I found all the RV folks could tell just what they wanted, then we could decide what we could tell them, know what, its so much fun getting to know the differences and the life we all live. I absolutely need support, mainly with the food! I do great with the exercise and the water....it's the food that is killing me!

Hi everyone *waves*.

I'm Jen and am actually seriously doing the 6wbmo this time. I purchased it about 3 years ago and played at it, but never really did it seriously (think I was afraid of succeeding)...that's another story for another day.

I have another 20 lbs to lose...30 if I feel like keeping on going...I haven't decided yet. I just can't see me at my original 125, you know?

Hope it's okay to just jump right in.
