Dear Bronz, I fix my meals in morning, with preweighed fish, chicken and 1/2 cup rice, baked potato that is just heated as I need them. Fruit is always in ice chest in car, canned chicken and tuna in preseasoned packets (1/2 packet a serving) when needed. Always looking for easy way to do things. Church time is always hard as the timeing is all wrong for me, so I have veggie juice in vacum cup, bits of cooked salmon in baggies with me so can sneak it in without being a problem to anyone. However, I do go to whereever they are eating and pretend to partake with tiny bites, ice tea or coffee. Ha. I know you will find your own answers, we all have special likes and dislikes, YOU CAN DO IT. Do you have special ideas for on the spot things to do. I have one AT HOME idea is really find helpful--2 oz toful, 1 teaspoon falafil
mashed and scrambled in sprayed pan. Protein quick.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Since I have been on sparkpeople, i have been enjoying counting my calories and really watching my food intake. I never REALLY thought abotu what I ate before, I just ate. I'm a grazer, Remember the song, GRAZING IN THE GRASS IS A GAS BABY CAN U DIG IT? Today will not be a so good day because i came empty handed which means I will eat out today at work we have different food vendors each day and today is mexican food. emoticon I'm sure the nachos are about one million calories total emoticon

aPPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH. How is the weight coming? I like to watch you as you are near my weight, but I know you will outdistance me soon because I am such a oldie and it is so slow, but I keep doing just right, believe it or not and am enjoying the journey so much, what excitement it brings.
My daughter has joined the Sparks team W8Watcher Friends under the name PMILBURN. Check her out, she is reslly a dear as we have all just come over a bery bumpy road lately, we are now all getting back to our nice selves again, I also have picutes of my hubby and me the year before he died, what a pal he was, I still feel him cheering me on in all I do and his wisdome and love will always be with me. I love the way you keep pitching in to help all and your friendship means so much to me.

Hey Valora WELCOME ~ You'll do just fine - if you track your food - and do what I do - which is cook my meals 3 days in advance - you'll be just fine !
It works for me - cause I'm just to lazy to be cooking everyday when it comes to a diet - so I just cook, measure - and make sure I put everything in containers - or baggies - and I'm ready to go !

Don't forget if you go out to take your snacks with you as you may run a bit late - and don't want to go into hungry mode and attack everything you see in sight ok !!! It helps keep you grounded !!!

Forget about the needles - I'm reversing my diabetis ! I HAVE STOPPED THE INSULIN & BYETTA SINCE 2/4/08 - on my own just by dieting - AND One less diabetis pill at dinnertime just recently !!! Anything is possible the name of God !

Hello everyone, My name is VaLora and I ordered the 6 wkk body makeover in april 2002 and tried it for a "hot minute" then did nothing. i had a hard time with the food preparation because i am always gone, so now I am doing better with counting calories and preparing meals. i work 6 days and in church all day Sunday, so when i get home I'm too pooped to pop, but now I am forcing myself to do better. I'm gonna hang out and see how everyone else is doing because i want to finally be successful in the battle of the bulge. Can't wait to mee all of you
