Dear Bronz, I fix my meals in morning, with preweighed fish, chicken and 1/2 cup rice, baked potato that is just heated as I need them. Fruit is always in ice chest in car, canned chicken and tuna in preseasoned packets (1/2 packet a serving) when needed. Always looking for easy way to do things. Church time is always hard as the timeing is all wrong for me, so I have veggie juice in vacum cup, bits of cooked salmon in baggies with me so can sneak it in without being a problem to anyone. However, I do go to whereever they are eating and pretend to partake with tiny bites, ice tea or coffee. Ha. I know you will find your own answers, we all have special likes and dislikes, YOU CAN DO IT. Do you have special ideas for on the spot things to do. I have one AT HOME idea is really find helpful--2 oz toful, 1 teaspoon falafil
mashed and scrambled in sprayed pan. Protein quick.
