Well, I'm 32, so it goes without saying that I've tried numerous diets before. I'm thinking about having weightloss surgery, but this is my one last swing at trying it without going to those measures. I had given up on trying anything else first since weight watchers and stuff is so expensive, but this is like free weight watchers! I've only been on just over a day but love it already. We will see how this goes. Exercise and positive attitude are going to be the toughest because I suffer chronic pain. But I have no place to be, so I can try to push myself to do at leas a short workout every day. I'd also like to meditate but don't really know much about it.
