I'm finding maintenance to be easier so far than losing was (*whew*). I did continue to track my food for about 4 months after reaching my goal. Then I went on vacation, sans internet... so when I got home, I decided to experiment with not tracking my food anymore. So far, so good! But I do recommend continuing to track at first! :D
