Every time I drink a beer the night before I get bloated and weigh more in the mourning than later in the day, I'm sure soda is the same, thanks for joining the team we'll help you maintain!

Good morning, i am so glad to have stumbled upon this team. I have followed the ww core program and I have managed to stay at my goal weight for some time. I actually tend to stay around 5lbs under my personal goal and I do NOT start to get anxious until I am over the 130 mark. So..... this morning a mere 130.4... no biggie.. I had soda yesterday.. and not an overly great weekend. I actually loosened the reigns, and now it is time to tighten them back up and get in gear. No biggie..... right? heeeee! hmm... sounds so lax... but I think I am trying to remain calm...... dont want to get all funky and overreact over a simply flux in the scale.. at any rate, glad to be here and looking forward to chatting with all of you,
