Thanks NancyVV for your words, this week I re-started tracking what I eat just to make sure, I've never stopped tracking the exercises and calories burnt though.
Like you, I would like to be able to keep the weight without being obsessive with the calories/exercise. So far my weight has been around my goal 1+/- pound and my walking around 9 miles daily, but what would happen if I reduced the mileage or like in the coming holiday season I get a pumpkin pie slice/ cookies / or a eggnog glass? I guess like Shrlzi said, it's all about balance.... which is a new chapter in our fight against gaining weight.. have a nice week!
