Hi guys! Just found this team today after following another thread. I have been maintaining since May although I set my goal at 5lbs less than I currently weigh. I have lost 56lbs since March of 2006. The weight came off sure and steady between 1-2 lbs a week. I look back on what I used to consume in food and how inactive I was and I am not the same person anymore. Yeah! I had gained 57 lbs over a 2 year period and was at a point that I could not sit comfortably, was having reflux, and had no energy.
All these issues are gone. I have found that I am eager to try new adventures in life. My husband was inspired by my journey and lost 25lbs which took decades off his appearance. We have a tandem bike we enjoy riding and keep each other motivated. I look forward to sharing this segment of my journey with this team.
