Hey everyone. I'm so excited to have found this group! I met my original weight loss goal about a week ago, and I'm so excited! I modified the goal a little however, and now I'm looking to lose about 3 more pounds. Totally doable! I've been so nervous about keeping the weight off though, since I've seen first-hand how easy it is to put back on! To add to my woes, I've just been diagnosed with ITBS ("runner's knee") which means I can't run the long distances I've been using to get my weight down. But I'm looking forward to working within this group to find exciting new exercise and meal ideas that will help me reach my new goal and stay there!
