Hi, I reached my goal weight of 130 a few months ago, but just found this team.
Several years ago I lost 75 pounds. I did a good job of maintaining until about a year ago, when I noticed my eating habits changing. That's when I found SP and got back on track.
I want to stay between 128 - 133 pounds. I know that maintaining is just as hard as losing. This team sounds like a great place to get the support I need to keep the weight off for good!
