Advice? Just keep on keepin' on.... add back in foods you miss, but

like, once a week not every day... and *notice* the effect. Me, I found out if I eat popcorn I go up a pound the next day. If I eat white bread, I find myself thinking about chocolate. Bars. Truffles. Well, ok, I think about them anyway but not as much or so irresistably. I had gotten away from evening snacks, but let them back in... and I'm finding it really isn't a good idea for me, even if they are 'healthy' snacks.
Most of all, ***keep exercising***!!
You will keep on experimenting, and finding out what you need to do to maintain.
