Also, if you expect to stick to one weight, you will constantly be frustrated. Most, (if not all) of us here have a goal weight range, 2-3 lbs above and below our actual "goal weight" that we feel comfortable in. I know I fluctuate in my weight daily, and could never stick to one number. I don't know if that's what you meant by going up and down in your weight, but that might help your mindset.
