I am on my way to loosing my last 5 pounds....total 50! I joined sp in March after having way too much sweets during Christmas, My January birthday, and Valentines! I had started my weight loss August last year by joining a Curves type gym, and by February 14 was stalled. Decided to go sugar free, and the weight started dropping again. So now my friends at the gym said i didn't need to loose any more. I was trying to get to my high school weight 120. With the gym, guess those extra bumps got firmer, or rearranged or something, because, guess i don't need to loose to 120, will accept 130 and be happy knowing that i am so much more healthier. Glad to finally be able to say "I am in maintenence"!!!!!!! P.S. i am 56.
