I've reached goal this morning!
My calorie range seems so large now - and I'm scared of putting the weight back on. I've lost weight before and then become complacent afterwards which means all the weight (and more!) goes back on. I need to stop that happening this time.
Start weight 142.6lbs 14/6/08
Goal weight 130lbs

Hey, thanks so much. I have upped my weights and i am doing the same amount of cardio, but now I have taken up interval training, not just doing it straight through. I am also doing more tae bo (Teehee) I bought the bands and i wasn't getting much of a workout with the bands, so now I added the weights into the handles and man oh man, does that give me aw orkout! So i am working hard not to gain any of that weight back!!

I am so pumped, i just reached my goal of 148 a few days ago. I am really hoping i'm not going to gain it all back and i have changed so much since i have started. I love to workout now..it makes me feel awesome!! Any advice on maintaining?? I am workin on it ver hard~!
