Hi, I'm Gina and I'm just one pound away from my goal of 145.
I lost 45 lbs over the last 1 1/2 years. I did it by tracking every bite before I ate it, and walking indoors with Leslie Sansone 3 times a week. I also cook everything from scratch; I think that helps.
And last but not least, I belong to TOPS and never miss a meeting.
I'm glad to be here because I never had trouble maintaining my weight before, but now I'm 71 and things are different, and I think I will need all the help I can get.
