One of our other leaders, 4A-HEALTHY-BMI, runs regular maintenance challenges that might be of interest to you. We're currently winding down our Tax Day Maintainer Challenge and will be starting up a new one in a few weeks. The basic idea is to challenge ourselves to stay within a +/-3% range of our selected target weight. You can learn more about it here:
