Hi Sherry, You are eating the right amount of calories. I like sweets also. I like cake and ate birthday cake for my Mom's birthday. I have cake in the freezer. I will only eat a piece on a weekend on a holiday or birthday. There is a holiday every month you know. I try to eat other things instead like fruit or vegetables. I eat fruit and vegetables but like, ice cream, pudding, cookies or cake. I try eating the lower calorie like, frozen yogurt, sugar free pudding, lower fat pudding, 100 calorie or less cookie packs, and lighter cake like pound or angel food. Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

SW: 275-276 Ht. 5'6"
GW: 135 (goal range: 130-140)
CW: WAS 124.7 NOW: 143.5
My focus is health AND fitness! And LOSING 10 lbs. again!

Wow, you must have one low metabolism as for many that is a calorie count that would have them in near starvation mode.

I am Sherry and I have been at me goal weight of 120 lbs. for 8 months. I lost 13 Lbs. which may not sound like much but each pound was a challenge. I consume approx. 1380 calories per day. My downfall is cakes, pies and cookies!!! I was so happy when I heard Cold Stone offered frozen yogurt alternative. I treat myself to a piece of cake and maybe rum raisin ice cream every other Saturday. I also eat Dr. Lucy's cookies once in a while for a dessert. See I told you I love sweets. Any advice to eat right and exercise tips are truly welcome. Thanks for listening!!!! emoticon
