My main goal is to continue maintaining and get more physical.
I'm working on a sustainable, moderate, consistent exercise program.
I am staying active, but not enough to 'see' results.
Eating seems to be on track, even those occasional 'oh no' days are
usually infrequent and for the most part I am not terribly out of the ball park--other
than too many calories.
Beyond my body . . . I am re-learning to sew and taking a quilting class with my daughter.
Learning to do mosaics with broken dishes and . . .
I am looking forward to adding some new plants for my garden to compliment my better food choices--going to plant more greens (spinach, kale, etc.) and add few more varieties of squash and beans too. I am putting on the gardeners hat and going for the green! (We always have a big garden, but this year I plan to be more proactive.) On the business side, I'd like to grow my business and see a few more sales this year.
Wiggle room on my weight! Getting consistent with exercise tipped the scales . . . in a good way~just don't think I need to lose any more--just get firm and fit!
