Welcome Cheryl_Ann! I am new here. I joined after I reached my goal January 1st, 2013 by suggestion of another team. I am so glad you are joining now! This is a great place to learn how to KEEP off the weight we've worked so hard to remove. It's wise to know what you're going to do before you come to the forced decision time. I didn't do this last time and gained almost all of it back. This time I won't stop tracking food and fitness or leave my support behind! Please join us. Together we are stronger.

I've just celebrated my six month SparkVersary and while I was feeling brave I decided it was time to introduce myself and stop being a lurker. Busy trying to wrap my brain around transitioning to maintenance and working on being mindful in that area.

First though I have to achieve the goal set and then decide whether I want to go further or not. Love the supportive Team Spirit and I've already learned so much from the time I've been observing.

Looking forward to meeting my fellow Team Mates!
