I was very inspired a few years ago by another member who had lost her weight in "installments." This just seemed smart to me. I have followed the same basic plan for three years. Each year, changes to the plan evolved rather naturally, so that now I feel quite comfortable. I've lost more each year, and may lose still more, but I consider myself in maintenace because I am not changing anything to lose more, just to refine my choices according to my evolving appetite. I like your approach, too, and guess that you will have less of a struggle than some. I wish more people knew they don't have to do it all at once.
