I don't dislike exercise . . . well, sort of.
I like practical exercise i.e. like walking the dog. . . if I had one, digging dirt & pulling weeds, loading firewood, washing windows, cleaning the car and mall shopping! Sometimes I do a dance video with my daughter and sometimes we go hiking or biking. It is just not structured, consistant and routine. I don't know that exercise NEEDS to be structured or routine but it does need to be consistant and adequate.
I certainly don't feel that I qualify for much above sedentary on most days and I don't feel like I am firming and toning, nor getting my heart rate up like I should be. BUT, I AM a WORK in PROGRESS! Nice to meet you Linda!
Wiggle room on my weight! Getting consistent with exercise tipped the scales . . . in a good way~just don't think I need to lose any more--just get firm and fit!
