I've been at goal weight for a couple months, proudly maintained over the holidays!
However, I'm still not as fit, strong, and toned as I'd like to be. Or, as I put it: I look great in clothes, now I want to look good naked.
I'm upping my fitness goals, which has upped my calories YAY! I'm also taking on new challenges, joined a hiking meetup, signed up for a running class (I've never run), and am doing the January Jumpstart.
It seems that this team would be a good place for me to hang out and learn about maintenance and increasing fitness.
Joyfully owned by two retired racing greyhounds.
Happily vegetarian for 39 years.
