Congrats on the weight loss and also everything else you have gained since joining spark people. This is a wonderful team. There is so much wisdom to gain from all of these knowledgeable and successful people. If there is any wisdom I can impart it is to keep tracking both food and fitness. And above all be HONEST with yourself. measuring spoons and cups are my favorite tools. Keep up the good work and check in often.

Hang in there. Keep it up and make your goal. It gets slower as you get nearer the goal but the goal is definitely in sight!

...so I thought it was about time to join! I've been doing a lot of reading about maintenance lately because I really want my maintenance to go well. I'm also going to start tracking many of the team goals as a motivator. This looks like a great team!
