I joined this group because I want to feel the commitment of commencing an end to a beginning. I will be at my happiest during the journey to my health goals. Honestly , SP keeps my mind busy forgetting about eating unhealthy. It would be nice to have emoticon friends here, and for another start with friendships, I want to welcome to thee my concern is your concern and from the bottom of my heart emoticon , let's all have the strength of mind to do and surely the best is already here, so with our journey to health emoticon , I wish you all the personal powers to be beautiful, loved, and be the best of everything this lifetime has to offer.

I am indeed living the future present life and poundage is getting lesser and lesser... I cheat in a good way so much for January jump starting my fitness challenge. I just love it...Go for the goal , indeed. emoticon

Hi Verconia, I am new here. I have reached my goal weight on January 1st. I am trying to maintain this weight loss. It is the hardest thing I have ever done. I have lost weight before and usual have the weight come back. I want to still be this weight by spring. It is harder to make yourself move around in the cold and snowy weather. QueenieB3, i.e. Veronica... WELCOME! I am a believer that one can Maintain one's way to one's natural body weight. The maintenance mind-set, in fact, is what we learn as we change HABITS rather than attempting to lose weight alone.

emoticon Good day to you all whom it may concern: I am Veronica , who is a week old spark people starter member. I just thought that though this team is already the post lifestyle maintenance level, it's nice to be a self starter. Believe it or not I am learning to have guts, so come glory to be staged months from now. I want to be celebrated by this team when I have finally reached the ideal body weight and thus along the way be cheered upon and I, too am spreading sparks of love to others who is too in my present situation who wants a full circle degree turn of lifestyle to become healthy and living the longer life. For us to take our challenges one day at a time , we have and will have the stronger will to this fulfillment of living testament , healthy, wealthy, and wise.
