Hello Everyone. I reached goal today of 140. I'm looking forward to maintaining this time around. I've gotten to goal many times in the past but never stayed there for long. I plan on changing that today
. I plan on continuing tracking my food, making healthy choices & exercising. I turned 40 in October and I don't want to spend my forties yo-yo dieting, like I did my 20's & 30's. I got in a workout this morning and I'm going to treat this day like any other day. I do plan on getting a manicure & pedicure to celebrate this milestone. Looking forward to helping others and receiving help. I can't wait to get to know you. Have a great day everyone.
