I joined this team a few weeks ago at the suggestion of a member from another team and so far it's been great. I also am close to goal and those last pounds are killer to get off and so I too have really appreciated the support. We can do it but I guess we have to just be patient but that isn't easy. So we'll work together to get there ok?

Welcome and congratulations. This is the right place to be. Reaching goal weight is only the first step. Maintenance is hard but not as hard as losing weight over and over again. Teams like this one can make a huge difference. It already has for me.

on your weight loss. You are in the right place. Maintenance has its own set of challenges and this group is a great place to get advice and support. I'm glad you are here and look forward to getting to know you better.
I will say that this team is AMAZING. I've gotten a lot of great information from this group as well as a great sense of camaraderie and support as we all continue in this long chapter of healthy living that we call maintenance.
Looking forward to hearing from you on the boards, and don't forget about the daily check-ins! I find them very useful as they help me with accountability.

job on meeting your goal, but the fun doesn't stop there!!! I am finding that there is even more to learn about maintaining! Well, of course. How many of us have lost weight time and time again, only to gain it back and more. That's what makes this team of spark so special. They have "tons" (no pun intended) of insight on how to KEEP the weight off and to make this a lifestyle that doesn't end but keeps on getting better. So glad you decided to join us! My name is Krystal and i set a goal last winter to lose 60 lbs and did it! I am very excited and it has completely changed my life. With that though i have had times it is has not been so easy. I wanted to say hello and i am very excited to be in a place that i can talk to people that know the struggles i am going through and the excitements also
