Welcome to the team, INAFFIT319! As you can see by the responses you've received so far, we've got a pretty active and extremely supportive bunch here. Please have a look around and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me or one of the other leaders. Also, if you have a specific question that you'd like to put out to the team, please feel free to start up a new discussion thread. Welcome again and best of luck getting back down to goal!

to the team! I love this team, too! On my other teams, we end up chatting about everything BUT fitness, maintenance, weight loss, diet--which has its place and is also part of a support system. But the sharing of information that goes on in this team is amazing!

SO glad you joined us! I totally agree - this is my FAVORITE team. Maybe its because we all share something very important in common. We truly, all, are in this for life. I, too, gained 10-15 lbs of my loss back last year after an injury and have taken it off and am hovering just above my midrange. Would like to lose a couple more pounds, but won't stress about it during the holidays. I'm just working on staying active (I currently have plantar fasciitis) through the holidays and the winter and sooner or later the scale will catch up! Looking forward to getting to know you better - You're gonna LOVE this team!!!

Welcome, welcome, and I, too, completely agree with the need to support one another in maintenance. Just coming here is enough to remind oneself why we wanted to be here in the first place!
Congrats on your success in losing and best wishes for a long and healthy maintenance of your new lifestyle!

Welcome to the team!
I definitely agree. This is a terrific group that I'm glad I found myself. Now that I'm at my maintenance weight (at least where I want to be for a bit), I'm working on fitness goals and lowering my fat percentage.
Looking forward to getting to know you better...and don't forget to check in on the daily threads! :)

I joined this team last night, and I am so glad that I did. I love the motivating discussion and the sense of community. And I LOVE that it focuses on maintenance because it is difficult and it is so often overlooked!
A little about me...Back in 2006, I began my weight loss journey. At that point I weighed 305 pounds. I lost over 125 pounds and managed to keep most of it off!! WooHoo! The problem started this past February, when I developed plantar fasciitis. I had a pretty severe case and was told by my podiatrist not to work out for a while. With that...I lost some of my motivation to eat right. I gained 15 - 20 pounds, and I'm here to get those off...and get back to maintenance.
Looking forward to being a part of this awesome community!
