I'm not sure where I will end up weight wise, but I feel it's time to start looking at and transitioning to maintenance mode. I am determined this time that I will not gain the weight back so learning to maintain is key for me.
I've lost & gained weight a few times in my life but this time I believe I've made some life changes that will help me stay on track. Tracking my food is going to be important on an ongoing basis, I know that. Another change I've made is that I found a form of exercise that I actually enjoy...who would have thought it would be running!
I'm also approaching 50yrs of age and I know my body will be going through changes due to age, which is another reason I really want to stay on top of the weight issue.
I'm looking forward to reading all the posts here and learning all I can from you all!
