Welcome! I am new here also and share commonalities with you. Best wishes and looking forward to sharing. We can do this! I am finally realizing that maintainance is a process and lifestyle just as weightloss. That has been my problem in the past...get to goal or close to it and go back to the "old ways of eating and thinking" and BAM! The weight is back plus. Not this time! Keep Sparking and together will will master this plan...

Hi everyone!
I'm not sure where I will end up weight wise, but I feel it's time to start looking at and transitioning to maintenance mode. I am determined this time that I will not gain the weight back so learning to maintain is key for me.

I've lost & gained weight a few times in my life but this time I believe I've made some life changes that will help me stay on track. Tracking my food is going to be important on an ongoing basis, I know that. Another change I've made is that I found a form of exercise that I actually enjoy...who would have thought it would be running!

I'm also approaching 50yrs of age and I know my body will be going through changes due to age, which is another reason I really want to stay on top of the weight issue.

I'm looking forward to reading all the posts here and learning all I can from you all!
