I can't say how excited I am to be able to join a team that is focussing on maintaining and not losing weight! Since 2008, I have been on and off in conquering my battle with weight loss, but now, hopefully, I think I have conquered the fight!

Welcome to the team and congratulations on hitting the 100 pounds lost mark, SUSUSUZZZIE! I absolutely agree with you that it's useful not only to have role models that are where you are now, but also ones that are where you'd like to be. Not only the members of this team very experienced and knowledgeable about maintenance but, as I'm sure you've seen lurking, they're also extremely generous when it comes to helping others. I hope being a member of the team will help ease your transition into maintenance and ensure your long-term success. I too have lost 100+ pounds. My goal is to lose 7 more. That still leaves me overweight but I don't think I can get down to 154 pounds and I will be happy to see 160. These last few pounds are HARD! Good luck on meeting your goals!

We are in the exact same boat! Just lost 100 pounds and have about 20 pounds left to lose (though we'll see how that goes...my main focus is still eating healthy and exercising).

Hi All! I've been lurking here off and on for a couple weeks and I finally decided to join sort of with a new phase after losing 100 pounds and finally being about 20ish punds from goal.
All along my path, I've tried to find role models for not just my current phase but for the next phase so I could be ready to adapt as quickly as possible. So I'm not at maintenance and I estimate I can lose about 20 more pounds. I'm being flexible while still working hard.
