I lost close to 40 pounds in the last two years. Along the way I was at the 30 pound loss for about a year without losing more. I am starting to lose again when I made a page here to track what I eat to help me lose my last now 25 pounds.
I find the information here so helpful that I wanted to join so I can click on the team and read the wonderful advice people post here. Once I reach goal, keeping it off and maintaining scares me as this is not the first time I have lost weight and after a few years I may see some of the weight on again. NOT THIS TIME! I am happy that I kept off 40 pounds and now losing the last 25.
