I've been maintaining for 4 months now and am nowhere near your 20 year mark. Congratulations. As a vegetarian I struggle with not losing too much weight mostly because I have stayed active, exercise regularly and am slowly learning how to eat the right combination of foods. The perfect answer for me in protein and carbs. I carry Pure Protein bars with me wherever I go and manage to eat 1-2/ day. Welcome to the team.

Welcome!
I'm a transitioner myself (got about 15-25 pounds to go of a 110-120 pounds weight loss, though we'll see where I settle in), and will definitely welcome your input.
Congrats on your long-term maintenance and thank you for your service to others!

Paul, as someone else who lost weight on WW many years ago and found Spark late in maintenance,
Keep coming back and sharing everything!! Even though I've kept my weight even for a very long time, I still need to hear it every day!

Hi all,
I've maintained a 75lb weight loss for over 20 years. Now I work with men that have lost a substantial amount of weight to help them think and feel as great as they look. I'm looking forward to sharing ideas here on Sparkpeople.
I'm a bit of a gym rat and, though I lost my weight using Weight Watchers, I'm now a Paleo eater.
