Welcome to the team and congratulations on reaching goal! I understand how you feel about those last few pounds--I lost about 10 pounds after reaching my initial goal because I made the transition very slowly. My weight leveled off naturally and I feel happy with where I've landed. Take a look around the team page and please let me or one of the other leaders know if you have any questions. If you have any questions you'd like to put out to the team, feel free to start up a new thread.

Well, I hit my goal weight yesterday. So, I guess I'm now a maintainer :) Although, if I lost up to 10 more I wouldn't complain.

I'm now looking at my tracker (I track up to a week in advance and don't plan on quitting that anytime soon) and am working on figuring out ideas to get my calories higher... I currently eat less than 1500 most days, but the new bottom end of my range is 1510, and I know my BMR is 1760. I think I might add in some "treats" like cookies or other sweets since I already eat some great meals.... I really do still miss sweets :)

Working on maintaining at 140!
