Congratulations on your success and welcome to the team! Take a look around and don't be afraid to ask me or one of the other leaders if you have any questions. Also please feel free to start up a new discussion thread if you have a question you'd like to put out to the entire team.

You can do it!! Running a marathon is all in the training - get yourself a good training schedule (adding one mile to only your long run every other week) and give yourself TIME and it will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life!! Congratulations on your healthy lifestyle changes!
