You can do it!! Running a marathon is all in the training - get yourself a good training schedule (adding one mile to only your long run every other week) and give yourself TIME and it will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life!! Congratulations on your healthy lifestyle changes!

Just about 7 months ago me and a friend quit smoking and I didnt want to gain weight which I knew would happen so after about a month of quiting i join weight watchers and I have now lose 30 lbs I am now in my BMI iam also a size 6 from a size 16. I have been in a 5K and I am doing a walk Saturday. I am plaininng on running a 5K next year aqnd in about 3 years I would like to do marathon.
