You deserve to be VERY proud of yourself. I've only been here one week, but I agree with the others. It's a great place to be. Welcome!
The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep on running.

The past is our definition. We may strive, with good reason, to escape it, or to escape what is bad in it, but we will escape it only by adding something better.
Many congratulations on reaching your goal! Please have a look around our threads and feel free to start up a new one if you have any specific questions or challenges. There are also lots of great articles about maintenance in our "Links" thread, which you can find under the team stream, that you might find helpful. Looking forward to having you on the team and please let me or one of the other leaders know if you ever have any questions.

I agree- wonderful to be part of such an active team here on Spark. Seems the exception rather than the rule.
Congratulations on making goal! That is wonderful. Now the wonderful world of maintenance starts. :-)

Over 110 pounds gone for good!
Definitely impressed with the activity in this team. I hit my goal last month and I'm so, so proud of myself! However, I DO NOT want to fall into old habits as the cold weather and holidays approach.
I'm so excited to get started with this team, I can't wait to get to know you guys!!
