My name's Tina. I lost more than 90 pounds between March 2010 and March 2012 and have been keeping if off ever since.

This is a great place for support and motivation. Seems like a lot of us have figured out that it's easier to get back on track after a slight gain than waiting until it's out of control. I know, because I've been there!

Over 110 pounds gone for good!
I think I'm about 5 lbs from my goal. But I've noticed that lately, I've been actually happy with my size (what is this????????). I've also been taking unhealthy liberties with my eating. As I do not want to regain the 34 lbs lost, I thought it would be good to learn from seasoned maintainers. So I'm excited to start learning all your secrets!
