Yes, its name used to be shorter... it got changed recently to make sure those who are "transitioning" from losing to maintaining could tell that they, too, are welcome here!

I found this team a while ago, while searching for the key word "maintain." I could have sworn the team's name was shorter then. I found it again this morning while reading a Biggest Loser blog. You'll probably get a ton of joiners from that blog. emoticon

Anyway, I am at a healthy BMI, and I want to stay here. I have joined the Fall 5% Challenge because I love the camaraderie and accountability. I put myself on the maintenance track, rather than the lose 5% track, though I could lose 5% and still be in the healthy BMI range.
