You are in the PERFECT place.....I too, got complacent after losing about 40-45 lbs, and then 10-15 slowly crept their way back on. It was harder this time to jump start the Spark, but I think I've got it going now, and, although it might not be burning quite as brightly as it did the first time around, I now that I will get back to where I was with determination, perseverance and a little help from my Sparkfriends.

I am a 51 year-old woman who is reasonably fit. I lost 45 pounds two years ago, but have since lost my "mojo" with life intervening. I've put on 10 more and more importantly, have no motivation or passion for staying healthy and fit. I joined Spark People 2 years ago, but never fully used it. I've made the commitment and now am a daily tracker. I am looking for friends and supporters who are motivating and supportive.
