I was sent this way at the suggestion of one of the team members here. I reached my goal, losing 45 lbs and readjusted to a new goal, another 5 lbs to reach 115 by my birthday in November.
I need to reach this new goal and feel like I can maintain the goal. I'm not sure if I even know what maintenance is!!! I've never been able to maintain my weight over the years - it's always been up and down. These last pounds have been difficult to shed, so maintenance seems like a dream.
I'm an active 'senior citizen', soon to be 68. I recently retired from a very demanding and stressful job of 10 years, and now work a much less stressful part time job, which gives me plenty of time to relax and take care of myself.
I do follow the Eat to Live plan, exercise 1 1/2 hours daily, take Zumba and aerobic classes, plus a little Yoga here and there.
I'll sort of stay in the shadows for a bit and read posts, but wanted to introduce myself.
