Welcome to the team, BECKYANNE1! I reached goal in March and it's only been in the past two months that I've mentally shifted out of weight loss mode. In the beginning, I was still expecting to see losses on the scale and secretly felt elated when I did and disappointed when I didn't. Thankfully, my plan was to slowly transition into maintenance so by the time my weight leveled off, my mind was in a good place where I could accept that seeing the same number on the scale is a beautiful thing to be celebrated. You'll get there too--it just takes some time and patience with yourself.
