emoticon Welcome! I did the same thing you did...hit my goal just before vacay. I think it helped me get through a little better, but that trip was to a walking festival, so I was active most of the time.

My name's Tina. I lost more than 90 pounds between March 2010 and March 2012 and have been keeping if off ever since. Had a baby at the end of April 2016 and am working to get back to my pre baby form, or at least as close to it as I realistically can!

Excellent plan - ironically, I go on a 2-week vacation starting this coming weekend and the same thoughts went through my head. I joined the team just last week. Glad to have you here. Pat

Hi, everyone! I joined the team about three weeks ago but I immediately left for vacation. I chose this timing because I wanted to have an extra motive to control myself during vacation. "Hey, you're on the maintainers team now. You can't go back and have to start all over again!" This voice in my head plus my fitness activities really worked because I'm back with no gain at all!

I'm really glad to be part of this team. I really know the importance of maintenance because I belong to the big majority of people who lost the weight and gained it all back at some point in the past. The truth is I need a few more pounds to get to my goal but I really don't stress over it because I'm happy with how I look and how I feel at the moment.
I'm anxious to get to know all of you and share tips and advice for a healthy lifestyle.
