emoticon I think maintenance is harder then the losing. I lost 40 lbs. (about 5-10 lbs. too much), but put more on than I would have liked. So now I'm back to trying to lose about 5 lbs. more. The most difficult thing for me was realizing this IS a lifestyle change and not a diet. It's a day by day journey. Welcome and glad you are here! Hang in there! emoticon

Welcome, Sue....I'm new to maintance, too....I think it just takes some time to figure it all out....I've always only been dieting down and eating my way back up....


Slow and Steady Wins the Race!

Healthy eating is the end goal. Losing weight is a bi-product of it.

4/19/14 Butterflies for Hope 5K for Lupus 39:23.8 (I hurt my back a few days before, and though it was my first official 5K with some jogging, my back hurt, so was very slow.)
