I think maintenance is harder then the losing. I lost 40 lbs. (about 5-10 lbs. too much), but put more on than I would have liked. So now I'm back to trying to lose about 5 lbs. more. The most difficult thing for me was realizing this IS a lifestyle change and not a diet. It's a day by day journey. Welcome and glad you are here! Hang in there!

4/19/14 Butterflies for Hope 5K for Lupus 39:23.8 (I hurt my back a few days before, and though it was my first official 5K with some jogging, my back hurt, so was very slow.)
Just just a "shout-out" from Central WI. I've lost 80# with the help of SparkPeople. I'm struggling with finding a balance of maintaining this weight loss.
