Welcome. Congrats on your success. Your plans to continue tracking and continue to seek support are very good. Don't forget to keep up or step up activity/exercise. At least for many people, according to the National Weight Loss Registry, it is a major factor in successful maintenance.

Keep up the great work! I have been on maintenance for a year now, but still track, simply to make sure I am in the range I should be, especially on the nutrient ratios as I track salt and fiber as well..

Greetings! I have been looking forward to joining this team, and the time has come. On May 19, I "declared victory" and started moving into maintenance. From other maintainers, I've gleaned that I need to keep tracking for awhile to get used to the new calorie range, and I need to share with others who are in maintenance.
